KEMAH'S DRINK OF THE WEEK!!!

1. Ice
2. 1 1/2 ounces Camus VSOP cognac
3. 1/2 ounce ready rabbit simple syrup
4. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
5. Marquis de Perlade Sparkling wine

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cognac, simple syrup and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass, top with sparkling wine and serve
